August 3, 2015 - Trans Tech at STN Expo in Reno
Reno, NV – Team Trans Tech was in full-force at the STN EXPO conference and trade show held July 23rd through the 27th at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. The annual event, hosted by School Transportation News Magazine, drew over 1000 pupil transportation professionals from across the United States and worldwide.
Trans Tech President John Phraner, Sales Manager Erickson Lopez, and Operations Manager Grace Torres were all in attendance. Trans Tech had an impressive exhibitor display, including Trans Tech's SST series and video presentation, at the resort’s Silver State Pavilion.
“The STN EXPO was a great opportunity to present Trans Tech’s entire line-up to school transportation professionals from across North America,” said Trans Tech President John Phraner. “Our industry-leading Type-A school buses, including the ST Aero, SST, Roadstar and all-electric eSeries, certainly made a significant positive impact on those who attended. As New York’s only school bus manufacturer we were proud to take part in the event.”
The team spoke to a number of representatives from school districts, mainly from the western part of the country, and covered topics including seating and fueling options and service and warranty information.
In addition to the trade show, the STN EXPO had numerous workshops and presentations. Topics covered included Safety and Security, Maintenance and Technology, Management and Operations, and Green Bus technology.
